Refund & billing policy

This policy describes how Gnotheia handles subscriptions, trials, and refunds. Gnotheia is developed and operated by Muse Tech Intel. It is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by our payment processor; refunds, when issued, are processed to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew on the billing interval you choose (for example monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You may cancel through your billing portal or in-app billing flows where available. Canceling stops future charges; you generally retain access through the end of the current paid period unless your subscription status or the Terms say otherwise.
Trials
If your plan includes a trial, the trial length and first charge date are shown at checkout. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends in accordance with the checkout and billing options shown to you.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of your purchase and applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us through Help & Support in the app with your account email and, if possible, your payment receipt or invoice ID. We review requests in good faith. If we approve a refund, our payment processor will send it to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
